Yes. Up to two VIP 9FT parking spaces (tenants only) with monthly charge of $65 per parking space.
VIP parking signage will be provided and installed for you.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR DUMPSTER USE?

Normal rental unit trash only. Please be considerate of other tenants as everyone shares the dumpster.
No construction trash or pallets. Contact Lake Square Management if you have excessive trash or cardboard.

CAN I PUT UP MY BUSINESS ARTWORK ON WINDOWS OR DOORS?

CAN I PUT UP MY BUSINESS SIGN ON THE BUILDING?

HOW ARE OUR CLEANING SERVICES PROVIDED?

Lake Square Management is responsible for cleaning once a week both West and Main common areas.
West common areas (Units 1, 2 & 3) are responsible for keeping areas clean and safe between weekly cleaning.
Main common areas (Units 4, 5 & 6) are responsible for keeping areas clean and safe between weekly cleaning.

HOW TO MAINTAIN PUBLIC BATHROOMS WITH SUPPLIES?

Lake Square Management is not responsible for any supplies such as hand soap, hand towels and toilet paper.
West common areas (Unit 1, 2 & 3) are responsible for maintaining their own supplies.
Main common areas (Unit 4, 5 & 6) are responsible for maintaining their own supplies.

CAN I PARK OVERNIGHT?

Yes, Requires permission from Lake Square Management.
WARNING: without proper permission cars may be towed.
